Title: champion speargun

I have a arbalet champion speargun but not sure how it works,
it has 2 handles,
help plz

I got it figured out, It was a little rusted thats why I had problems with it.
took out the sand paper and some jig a loo and it works out preety good.
my 2nd elastic band will break if I pull too hard on it so it will need to be changed.

also the retreival rope is  to  be change

trigger and lock ( the lock was rusted inside a little jig a loo and visegrips and it is now ok )
