great pics! streams here are a bit high yet. Can't wait for lower water. Do you need some Zebcos for the little guys?

Drove up  19 from Wellsville along the Genny yesterday eyeballing some prospective access points . It might settle down enough to fish by the end of June. :-\

I haven't even gotten the fly rods out except to refurbish the old Phillipson. I'll be chasing panfish for a bit yet ;D

They are slowly calming down. There's still snowpack in higher elevations and ice melting off lakes. Mix that with a little rain and you'll have high water everywhere.

water  runs  down hill!  so  any stream  or  river  is  effected  by  whats  happening  upstream  ...  on  oswego  river   for  example it  is  effected  by  what  happens  in the  finger lakes  and  the  oneida  watershed  which  is  effected    by  the   run  off  of  higher  elevations  .....  the  water  actually  rose  another   2  foot in  fulton the  other  day placing  the  bulk  heads  under water  .....
you can destroy buildings  you can't  destroy the  american spirit
