I've been fishing guys. Just not bragging about it ;D

The crossover jigs are pretty awesome flies.

On the other hand, the birdhouse shop has been busy.

Well, the bluebirds have rented my garden house. I can only hope they molt.

Whipped up a mini cedar shingle shear to make bird house shingles.

Little imagination, a little know how.....cut a bucket of shingles from underlay in maybe 20 minutes.

How I love to tinker with stuff ;D

Finished the restore on this old(1970) Fenwick rod of my father's, he had beat this rod to death with salmon and steelhead.
I had to build a cork ring compressor, rod wrapper, etc, but it's finally done and think old Pop's will be happy with it.
Nothing fancy, Here are some before/after pics...
I don't think he'll need the fly line do you Fred?

Very pretty none the less. Nice job and a very nice gesture of respect for "Pops".
