Thanks for sharing all those pictures. Nice job. One question. I have to re carpet my bunks. How did you attach the carpet to the wood - staples or some sort of nail?

Can't speak foe Cheekster, but I've done staples with some construction adhesive  ;)

Stainless staples... no adhesive. Pressure treated 2x6. Smith bunk carpet rolls ( Gander had them) 12' lengths 11" wide.  I made sure to wrap it tight though and I wasn't shy on the staples either.  8)

 ::) ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D  Wow this thread has been hopping a little bit...been working shutdown 6-12's...that will soon pass and I will be able to get back to NORMAL working hours and more fishing...what a great day last Saturday was, lake was like glass, fish were hitting...it was perfect...couldn't look any more forward to the Black Lake trip...a week off will be a nice change!  Cheeks did a great job on his boat it looks great, FOUL ANCHOR is pulled out and will set sail really soon...I look forward to seeing a bunch of you out on the water soon!!!

I'm surprised I didn't hear a bunch of flack about how grey my beard is... :o :o :o
