Fished the river Sat.  We hit the Walleyes hard. Everywhere we went.  Muddy and fast they were holding tight to the banks.  Once we were on to them it was a ball. Geo.

  Last nights storm has the river level up and chocolate. Over the years the walleye have steadily flourished in this river. I'll have to figure out this photo bucket business. Help.....Stormy......K.C.?

Yea but not till after the forth.   Was down jersey at my son house this weekend. We fished the lake there,  Lots of small ( 2-3 )#   bass and 16 -18 in. picks.   Had a blast on crank baits with rattles.  In fact, thats all they would hit.  Geo.

Well.   Been out ?   I have not had the time.  Trying to get on the river when its a little lower. G.

 I fished from the banks a couple of times, caught fish, just no walleye. I tried to get to a deep pool I've had luck with before. It's like hiking in the jungle, fire weed, and every other nasty plant. Never did make it to that pool. Eliminated some spots. I did kayak on the 5th with three gorgeous women. Brought the fishing equipment, but I was to busy telling them stories of how the Indian squaws would travel topless. No luck on that one LOL. Persistence will pay off on the fishing.

Plan on floating from Norwich to Greene in the next couple weeks after the pike and tigers. Drove down 12 today to visit my mom and the river looked good.
