WHAT YEAR did you start fishing

I,started about 1944 or 1945 as i was told, in the farm pond,i do remember ice fishing,colder then hell,with my dad cutting
ice out of the pond for the ice house,we would fish the hole he had cut,some times we would get a pannie,

Well I was born in 1979, so I would say since '84. I can't remember a time before fishing. I grew up on the hudson, and spent most of my early years battling with the smallmouths there.

THE HUDSON one hellof a fishing place,if it is N.Y. it is in the hudson[most times]

Ive been fishing for about 9_10 yts now and the time with buddys being out till 3 a.m chaseing fish up and down the river. Ahh good times. Now being 21 i can enjoy a coupple cold refreshments while catching some fish. Ahhh good times

  I was born in 1936, the first time i can remember i was about 11 or 12 standing in Buffalo creek with a piece of line hook and a worm
  no rod catching shiners.

Yup! We didnt have too many of the cold water species by us, but there were/are tons of big notherns, bass, and walleye. Its funny to think of it as polluted like it is, because when I was fishing as a youngster I thought of it as the best place on earth and right in my back yard.

well imm 22 so prolly 93. i lived on a small private pond and i had a pond called hadlock pond 50 yards down the road. so all i did was fish. boy i miss those days :D

I can remember fishing in the early '50's, but I am sure I was taken fishing in the '40's. Flat bottom, wooden row boat.. hunts2long

Caught my first fish in 83 at age 3... been hooked ever since. And i would be honored to die with a fishing rod in my hands riverrat like your uncle did... ;D

late 60s raised by my grand parents taught to fish by my grandfather and im still fishing for him every time i go
