Planning to go up there somewhere this weekend to check it out. I think it might be too early yet but, I'm going with a bunch of eager friends so there is no cost to me as far as gas goes.

My buddy went up last night and checked two creeks. He got two suckers and didn't see or, catch for that matter, any smelt. It is going to be a week or so yet I'm afraid.

Just got word the smelt are done running around the Fulton chain.

Yeah they're really close to done. Went tonight and managed just enough for a meal. All the ones I got were pretty much dried up, no eggs or milt spewing out. I think it peaked a couple of days ago.
