All cooked and cooling..    ;D
Only about 8 1/2 hours.....    :o :o :o

Good looking sausage. I love the stuff. The PID controller for my smoker build will be here today, so after 30 years away from the pleasure of homemade goodness I'll be in business. We have 6 deer in the freezer so far with 2 weeks left in the season, it looks like I will have enough meat over the family's eating meat supply, to make a bunch of goodies.

Well regular gun season is over but opportunities still exist - still a week of bow, muzzleloader, and crossbow left. Tank filled a tag this afternoon  ;D Anybody else still going to try and squeak out another?
