Landed 4 steelies the other day.brought home a 4 lber gonna try him in the smoker phone is slow today or I would post a pic I'll try n post it tomarrow its getting better up there but they want small very small 1/80 oz they wouldn't touch 1/64 oz

I got 2 in brine from this weekend to be smoked tomorrow after work for deer season snacks if I can keep my kids from eating it all before then
that's a nice one u got the other day

Fished maxwells yesterday did pretty good alota browns..I took 3 nice ones home all males about 8lbs each..seen some bows caught but very few and they were small..I took pics but the bags made them look wiered I mite post a pic ..but we need more water creek is about a foot n half lower than it should be..

3 for 3 on the bows today for my sons first outing. His smiles were all I needed to make it a great day.
Still can't get pics to post but believe me it was a perfect day. Nothing huge as far as steelies are concerned but all perfect.

Locked up tight Friday..couldn't even fish rapids..it was pretty thick ice to..usually once it freezes were done till spring....pultnyville is also locked up with ice..

Taken today? Man we got pounded with rain in the FL region Saturday night through Sunday. Even with the return of the cold, aint a stitch of ice to be seen...high winds keeping it off so far. Not saying that's not a fresh pic, but that blows my mind you guys didn't get any rain up that way!!

It didn't get all that warm either just for the heck of it I'll take a ride up there Wed but I'm pretty sure it will be frozen I'm taking my auger I have iced fished that before..it's a blast..

Yeah, the ice was getting thick down here too, Big Guy, but an inch of rain and above freezing temps for 2 days ate it up and sent the rest right into Cayuga Lake, which is fine. I don't have any ice gear, but I've got a creek that's open that I'd like to fish before the next lock up.
