Light at the end of the tunnel
« on: Feb 19, 2015, 04:24 PM »
I have a balmy 2 degrees here as I'm typing this. However I think there is hope yet. The last couple of mornings, the resident male Cardinal has been singing up a storm telling the world this area is his. Also I've noticed I don't need the heat on in my truck on sunny days. Spring is getting closer even though it doesn't look like it now.

Looks like the night time lows next weekend are predicted to be in the teens daytime in the mid to upper 20's. still cold but better than this -5 weather. Just bought 5 face cord of wood with my mad money. Now that it's spent, it will probably be 70 in a couple weeks.

Gonna be 2 months out before the darn ice melts.

Spring is gonna be late and it will probably hand around for while.

Nice weather is really going to welcomed with open arms after this past winter.

-20* yesterday am. +10 this morning.

Just  came home from getting my eyelids beautified if looking like a raccoon is beautiful. I felt sorry for the wife having to drive 40 miles in an almost total white out.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
