Thanks mt perchman!..... anyone else want to chime in?.... just curious because depending which group I go with the guys charges $5 or $8??? Don't mine paying, just want to be consistent, since couple guys I ask this weekend at the ramp only pay $5 when both my group pay $8!

the price is on the sign with the envelopes, its $8 and that changed from $5 last july.

Thanks Lundin! Haven't had the chance to read the sign for 2yrs now since the guys meet you as you come in. Guess some guys still get the "local" cost. No prob if it's stated at the sign in then. I know I paid the $5 twice last year and couple time $8. First trip up there this weekend. Most boats I seen up there this time of year! Fishing was great as usual!

I never fish weekends so its mostly self service till they start running the tour boats during the week, helps with the congested boat traffic too! I asked an employee last year what the deal was with the price jack, apparently there is a committee that sets the price and it hasn't been "adjusted" in several years so it was time. If only there was another option that didn't involve driving dam near to Greatfalls.
