Kinderhook creek

Trout opens April 1...

Should I break out the auger 1 more time?  It's a nippy 13 degrees out this morning.

I have several trout streams along route 20 open year around I may go give a try with the fly rod today! I have been wanting to get the fly rod out the last couple years, today seams like a fine time. I ran out of ice fishing steam early this year.

fished near a guy yesturday on the kinderhook that was fly fishing...any chance it was either of you guys?
