what I'm going to say is purely opinion which means 20 self proclaimed experts that watch tv fishing and listen to elitist will say I'm crazy, I have said for many many years water temp has nothing to do with a salmon run ,it's water flow and amount of day light hours .... right now iswego and salmon river prove this salmon river is 64 degrees and Oswego at67 degrees and yet they are having a good run
with no water going threw the generators few fish are on the high wall yet up on the east side of the dam (heavest flow) you can hook as many fish as you want ...... if water temps where as important as important as we been told we would have no fish and the ones in the river would all be dead .....their not in fact every fish I have hooked is very healthy and silver ..... I like wading in cut offs and a tee short
ps the white perch bite is rockin

I don't think the temps have quite as much to do with the salmon run, if there is water for them to go up, and its their time they are going to make to move into creeks and rivers. This in turn draws in the browns looking for a quick meal. I do however think water temps have a lot more impact of steelhead. On warm years like this I haven't seen as many early steelhead come into the creeks (besides just inside the mouths chasing bait fish). Just my 2 cents

Yesterday according to my buds another group of fish moved in yesterday so there was fish up high and around the town area ,
Without rain to bring up the tribs the action will continue to be in Oswego and the salmon
