Was at Fitch Road Sunday and South end today. Only a few and all big males just moving into nest making. Its on but not real fast yet. It feels like it is ready to break open soon.

Got in to them good today 75 and Tuesday over a hundred   Mostly smaller fish 8 to 9 inches kept fifteen nice ones today almost every cast between 4 to 6 pm

Im hoping the crappies are hungry tomarrow..i have some special food for them..marinating in duck sauce right now.. ;D...and the gill jigs are marinating in...soy sauce ;D ;D

Yea crappies ate ok but i could only find the juveniles..i gotta try a different marinade.. :whistling: :whistling:

What night for crappies...if i wasnt working..cayuga lake was good from what i seen from pics from my buddies..

Finally got into some crappie....buddy and I limited out....lots of shorts and most were 9-91/2" with some decent 10-11".  Great day on wide waters.

Ended up cleaning the garage instead. Sheesh......this retirement is worse than work :-\

I think my boss is gonna have to give me a week or two off. Maybe I'll call in sick ;D
