first post and first trip out

Hello all, been following along here for a little while and finally decided to sign up.

Got together with a couple friends yesterday and hit Sebago for 4-5 hours, it was a little chilly but man it felt good to get out. Had a great time, lots of action, no bugs, and pretty much had the lake to ourselves.

Talked to a couple of guys that came down from the Allagash, they said they still don't have any open water and people are still ice fishing??

FYI...We put in at Raymond beach and the water is very low and made it tough launching and loading.

I'd say you did alright for your fist trip & a nice first post. Nice to see action away from the crowd at the river. ;D

Thanks guys, looking forward to doing it again this weekend.

BTY shrinkage, we saw the same biologist and she told us we were the only ones on the lake catching fish.....She knows the first rule of fishing....don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see ;D ;D
