nobody is pike fishing the shores around Grand Island or the Erie canal??

Only spots I've seen them pursued regularly is in the west river off grand island. Caught a few pike at squaw but not targeting them. Seen a lot caught in elicit creek park too

I did not think about Ellicott creek park. 
I was thinking of beaver island state park on GI.  theres that lagoon there.. they gotta be in there you would think

Caught a 35 inch Muskie while fishing for smallies at foot of Sheridan. Was able land a release health. Had a few other jigs get cut off clean too
