Son caught a redear on Bass Lake in Starke Co. last night.  Had eggs but looked like she wasn't that close yet.  (Four fish caught; four species landed: redear, brown bullhead, white bass, warmouth.)

Well I hope I can get out soon. We have had rain, and when it quits raining, the wind is gusting 25-30 mph. Need a few nice days in a row.  Chomping at the bit!!

And remember to harvest selectively. Releasing the largest size class fish is always a sound practice, and will help ensure great catches for years to come.
