Trail Creek Marina

I was wondering if the marina launch is open at 5am in the morning to launch and park. I haven't been there since I was a kid. I have been interested in smallmouth fish it since I read the article in the South Bend Tribune.

It was last year I launched there quite abit rite at 5am for the perch whacking
