Hi inkmein,
It's great to see youngsters out there fishing and having a grand old time. I think it is a great sport to teach kids, it instills many good values, like patience, respect for nature and conservation, an alternate form of entertainment other than video games or t.v. and plain old fun.
Congrats to both in the trout fishing tournament.
If need any fishing info, feel free to ask, there are many knowable guys and ladies here.  :)

The smile says it all.   You must be very proud.

That is a sight to see! A kid with a fish and a smile.
It doesn't even matter how big the fish is, a bluegill will get them excited.
I take my nieces fishing whenever I can.
I don't get to fish much when I take them, but that is fine by me.
That's not why I do it.
Great pics, Inkmein. They truly are our future.

Yes, Thanks Folks I pride myself on my Grandkids and there care of the great outdoors. They both like camping and fishing very much... they are careful not to litter and enjoy being with me... I am planning on bringing them both north for a few days to see the difference in the country and outdoors of the south to the north... My Grandson Tyler however is looking more forward to being able to fish from Trappers boat along the Magnatewan...I will have more pics from that trip to share with you all. And yes I agree a smile tells it all.....

Yer one terrific Grandma with some cute 'lil Grand Kids.  When one or both of them get on the pro bass circuit or walleye circuits and win a ton of money you be sure to remind them of their fishin' roots! ;)

Just how does a 3 lb. rainbow come in second behind a 2.9 lb. rainbow??  Are girl fishers given a handicap in that tourny??

Nice fish.
