Anyone know where to buy these in Vermont or online?

Cannot source them anymore from the Musky Shop as they don't sell the swivel version now.
Company was sold and Mustad I think owns it, but cannot locate the swivel version of these quik clips.

Try www.tacklewarehouse.com. They have 2 sizes available.These do have the swivels.
