I basically lived in that apartment and the houses for over 12 winters......Spent a week for every walleye opener (except this year) and one VERY HOT week in July with my Mrs.....Very comfy, cable TV, microwave, two single beds, one double bed, blankets, pillows, sheets, night stand, coffee maker, stove , fridge, oven, pot holders,  stucco ceiling, Painted walls, floral pattern window treatments,  kitchen table, nice little porch/deck outside with a picnic table, plenty of pots and pans, dish rags, pot scrubbers, dish towels,  carpeting, 2 recliners, one non-reclining, lamps, overhead lighting, possibly a couple house plants if Peggy didn't bring them outside for the summer,  bathroom with toilet AND toilet seat and plenty of Toilet paper, sink with vanity, bathtub/shower, short walk to your boat sitting on the dock...... What else do you want?!?  If I could think of maybe one drawback to staying there during the summer, no AC.  So just hope for low humidity. Have fun!
We all believe in something,...I believe I'll go fishin'....

I got a hold of apps and all they had left was their apartment.
I booked it as it was way cheaper and it's right on the water.. I tried to get some info online so I can see what I booked but no such luck.. anyone have any Intel on their rental units? Just want to make sure I'm not giving up a motel room for a run down shack
I got bait and some equipment there last year but never realized they had places to stay

Thanks so much guys! I knew id get some info.. as far as the a.c. goes, I could care less about that!! Fingers crossed for a weekend without huge winds and fairly dry (we will fish no matter what conditions are) but it's nice to have manageable water to fish on

Besides all those good recommendations from fisherman who've stayed there, fished there and personally know Rick and Peggy, you'll be fishing a great location on Oneida lake AND you'll get great advice from Rick on where to fish, what to use and great bait and whatever tackle you might need. I know you said you've fished there before; but the open water season isn't all that easy. So the tips you'll get will be worth it...And if you're lucky, you just might meet some of these local legends in person. ;D Good Luck & good fishing fishinjohn.

Out from noon to 2:30 today. Great bite again. Stayed shallow in the thick weeds. 8 lmb, 3 big smallies and 3 nice walleyes around 20". And only 2 pickerel to unhook!

I sure hope this bite lasts until I can get some more time off.

GREAT pic.
I've had that happen with floating rapalas a few time.
Very Cool.
