Nice fish. I need to get there some day. I've seen what the salmon river holds so the fish in the big water must be that much more unreal.

Nice lakers, Bill. We were there and fished Tuesday through Friday. Northeast winds were relentless, forcing us to fish early and late in the day. And it was c-c-cold, glad I brought my Striker Ice jacket! The brown trout fishing was about average, my best was 10-1/2#. A few steelheads were caught, as well as a short atlantic salmon. Never found that magic 50 degree water.
