Not trying to high jack your thread. Thought I would add also. Lobster, corn on the cob and coleslaw. I like to cook on outside fire pit keeps the smell down in the house.

I'm seriously jealous. I love lobster. There's a couple places near me where I can get good, fresh live lobster. The problem is the second mortgage I need to buy them.

Anyway, enjoy!

Homegrown Italian sausage, peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms served up with some good old potato salad.  Mmmmm.  ;D
One more with the one we're after and we'll have two.

Fish wayniac...Is that this year's price?  The best price we found on the Cape was $10/lb.  Supposed to be a shortage of them this year.

Mrs. came home with groceries this morning and said the local market had whole chickens on sale so she bought one. Looks like we're gonna have a grilled spatchcock chicken for Sunday's dinner!!  ;D

A little Chicken Cacciatore on the Weber. I grilled the chicken thighs for a bit to brown them first then I made up the casserole and finished it on the grill. The charcoal element was just delicious.

That's my home made vegetable sauce as well.....topped with fresh purple, Thai and spicy basil from the garden.
