Wife got her new lung
« on: Jul 02, 2016, 06:13 AM »
Has some may know we have been going though the process of 2 years of testing and waiting on the list for 6 months. We got the call Thursday evening got to NYC at 10pm and the 5 hour operation was done early Friday morning. She is doing fine. I am heading back down there for the next 3 days. NewYork-Presbyterian is just great. They do amazing things there.

Say a prayer for her and also for the family of the donor who makes life better for so many others...Thanks and hope your 4th is as happy as ours....h2l

Treasure every minute with her. My sister just passed after getting lung transplant 41/2 years ago. All of the family and my sister enjoy those extra years. So prayer to your wife for a long life.
