Setting up New Account

My son now has his first computer (19 years old) and wants to get his own MFF account. He is having trouble getting past some of the questions. Can anyone help? He reads this almost daily so just post it here and he will get it.

Marcum and Im not sure on topic could be fishing, flasher or "enhanced" Hoosier might have a better response
