bigr, keep those reports coming. Love hearing them and would like to make a trip there before ice with the wife. She's had a bad year of fishing and would like to hook into some crappie.

Me, I would like to hit some crappie on the ice too but also looking at MC pier for some whitefish - if I can get rid of this funk I have in my throat and nose.

Boomer, seems like everybody is getting or had that funk. Get well. I woke up this morning with a tickle in my throat.

Jig head it seems the best time is mid morning to mid afternoon. Red bridge area is clearing up nicely and there has been some fishing in the last few days even with the cold. If this wind lays you might run into skim ice. Have yourself a backup plan in that case.

Ok thanks. I probably won't make it but there's a small chance
