2020 isn't a problem.
But 2021 is far more lucrative.
The one extra year is worth about $800 more per month.

Ahhhhh......understand.

It also allows one more year to put affairs in order before making the big move.
The plan is to sell EVERYTHING up north and start over down there.
We will only take the absolute necessities south with us.
A few cherished items, like fishing equipment.

Are you going to do the "Tiny House Living" thing?  It could be on wheels and you move with the seasons - you know, the normal seasons like: walleye, ice fishing, crappie, blue gill spawn, bass opener, walleye run, musky, steelhead/salmon, etc.

lol

nope Boom.

Currently, we do have a tiny house out on Lake Erie though.
It's a 40' park model camper.
That will be sold too.
It will probably go onto the market summer of 2019.  If not, for sure summer of 2020.

No tiny houses for you Mac. You'll need room for visitors ;D

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
