Checked the ice around the cove at the boat launch today. 1/2"of crap ice. with snow on top. Spud went threw with no effort. I wanted to be on it tomorrow ,but I will wait. Bring a change of clothes you will need them

Nice size Perch at that...
I see a few posted every year on ICEFISHING SITES but,No quantities.....
The bass fishing has DROPPED BIGTIME also...
You can allways catch a few PICLEREL......
They do, do a great job with the trout stocking in this lake...
Im not one for fishing stocked trout.

I've only fished toby about half a dozen times and that was only on the ice. I don't think I've ever had a good day there. This is a real shallow lake, I bet the water gets warm early in the summer. Hows the top water bite on this lake.
