Jigging for Togue on Sebago in summer time

Anyone jigg for togue in the summer?

in august works for me. i dont like togue fishing but if the salmon are off and its dead flat i hit a few spots and jig. the action can be pretty fast at times

Carolina rig, can be real fun. Just have to bring them all the way up, and not lose them

Sure do,  I'll concentrate on areas of interest on my plotter, then cruise at about 5mph until I locate fish,  play the breeze right, start up wind,  then jig through them. I can see my jig once it's in the cone of my sonar,  caught loads like this.  Heavier jigs are better to keep on bottom longer before having to reset.
