Does anyone do any good below the dam for walleye?

I have caught a few there over the years. Typically early spring time. It seems like half the time I get there though and the flow out of the dam is too much or too little, can be hard to time it right.

tater140 is right on. Of the three upper resi dams the roush is the most difficult to catch right. It's a fine line between to much and to little. The norm is all or nothing from dam.
