Fishing log book recommendations?

Hi guys,
I was hoping someone may have a recommendation for a fishing log book which could be kept on the boat? I have been keeping a digital record of my trips this year, but I feel I am missing some of the detail by doing it at the end of the trip, and also would like to be able to reference it while in the boat.

Ideally it would be waterproof, and somewhere around the size of a hardcover book. Anyone have any recommendations?

I was hoping we had some full ones out back, I'd have mailed it to you.  There's a survey supply place in Hooksett called Eastpoint Lasers on Eastpoint Drive off the 28 bypass near 101 that carries them, can't think of anyplace else nearby.  Their hours are only 7-5 M-F though.
