FYI - Macy is all better.
We really thought she wouldn't make it.
We don't know what it was.
And my sister brought her little dog over while Macy was still sick and now her dog has the same thing.

So happy to hear Macy recovered    I was wondering but figured you would update us when the time was right for you. Sorry to hear your sister's pup is now sick, sending prayers for a speedy recovery.  Some friends had just gotten a new lab puppy after losing their 13 yo lab and he was hit with the same type of sickness on New Years day, no answers on what caused it other than some type of virus. Luckily he also survived and is growing like a weed !!!

I was over there this morning helping my BIL with some ceiling lights in the kitchen.
Morgan, their dog, is doing better it appears.
Maybe one more day and she will be over things completely.
We still don't know exactly what it was that caused them to get so sick.
Morgan never got as sick as Macy, but maybe because they started treating Morgan sooner than we did Macy.
Vet says she doesn't know what it was exactly.
Glad it's over.
We really thought Macy wasn't going to make it.

Blue on a winter adventure in a NH forest

My boy Blue crossed the Rainbow Bridge just  before Thanksgiving. He put up a long brave battle with Lyme disease
We have wonderful memories that will last forever.

We recently adopted a Lab mix rescue.  We are not sure what the mix is and we are waiting on a doggy dna report. We are guessing that she might be part Tree Climber Coonhound but the dna will answer ghat question.
Her name is Daisy Mae.
I will post a picture soon.
