You folks that are interested in trout fishing in New York State's inland waterways may be interested in the newly published DEC report on their future DEC plans for trout waterways entitled, "Draft Management Plan for Inland Trout Streams in New York State" "just issued this month(May) for public comment. Not bad reading for a rainy day. DEC requests comments by June 25 so get busy! Just google the title and you'll get the pdf file. Quite a change in trout fishery issues; it's about time!
