So I'm in the nys summer classic fishing tournament and I'm looking to fish for small mouth at cohoes falls. The regulations are a little confusing to me. I would keep the fish to enter in the tournament but not to eat ( if big enough) but am I aloud to keep fish from cohoes falls or is that catch and release. Regulations meaning nys regulations not Tournmant

If you're fishing from cohoes falls down stream to rt.32 bridge use state wide regs.Downstream from rt.32 bridge is catch and release only.
