Sebago Pike
« on: Sep 15, 2019, 05:06 AM »
As most Sebago fisherman know pike were illegally introduced. Just a quick survey to see if any members boated a pike this year?

I have about 75 hrs in 2019 on Sebago with no pike caught.

They aren't in deep water, you have to fish in shallow areas.  Try the  Songo River and Muddy River area. Turtle Cove is full of them.

Not this year, but my friend and I don’t target them when we’re out there. Last two years we made it a point to make short detours and try and catch some, we removed 3 from the lake so far, and two from the songo.
