06 player's champ

This isn't a real popular thread but I know there will be a few responses. I'm gonna say that David Tom's or Jeff Ogilve will win the player's next week. Who do you guy's think will win?

I'm thinking maybe Davis Love... or Mike Weir is playing ok (well probably not him but...) Who knows what could happen...Tiger, Adam Scott,  I'll tell you next sunday about 5 O'clock. lol I'll Stick with Love though.

Ernie's got some knee troubles still and Reteif the "Iron Goose" isn't playing great right now so I would favor someone like "DT" (David Toms) to be there but I'd love to see the "Tank" KJ Choi come through   or maybe Luke Donald who's got it going.  Maybe even "Chucky III sticks" who's been a complete dissapointment so far in his PGA career but I don't see DLIII winning there.  Good chance for a complete surprise winner again like Craig Perks though.   Who knows and that's why I'm not a sportswriter but I do love watching the Sprint Post Game on the Golf Channel and listening to the "General", Brian Hewitt and Frank Nobilo talk up their theories and Kelly Tilghman is nice to look at but she's no Stephanie Sparks.

Ya know. If I never missed 3 footers I'd probably play to a 7 handicap instead of an 11 or 12.

Man a 10 handicap is not bad at all, bet I got down to was a 14 and I was on a roll for a few weeks.
I'll take my 18 and the strokes, I DRINK BEER AND DON"T WORRY ABOUT THE SCORE!!!

It's more fun that way I got down to a 10 last year and, while I was playing pretty good, I could have been playing better. There are alot of shots to be gained just around the greens. I really found that to play well I need to stay sober too

good topic!  this is a favorite event of a lot of people....maybe funk will prevail again but I have a feeling it will be a chad campbell, goose, or verplank...I would love to see toms win too but I am not feelin him this time...maybe tiger will put on a clinic like he has done before and run away with it....good golf on the horizon for sure!!!

There were some good round's played today. I hope the wind pick's up tomorrow like they are saying. That will make for some "good" shot's to watch
