this can get moved after a little exposure here, but it just deserves a little limelight for abit. Yesterdays post of "pepperoni bread" on Iceshanty in the hardwater cuisine section really caught my attention...and Mountainmama's...here's the link to Scott's post on IS

I made this bread yesterday. I had to make it early because the dough was thawed. the loaf was done by 4:00pm and nobody had dinner.
My wife said that I had replaced myself, so be careful.
The bread is very easy to make and tastes incredible.

Thank you Scott, thank you Grump. I will be trying it on my charcoal grill this weekend. Think I will make some fresh Marinara sauce for dipping, with 'matos from the garden! ...OC

Does anyone know the adjustments to make cinnamon bread? This Pepperoni Bread was so easy to make, I would like to try the cinnamon variety.

butter what will be on the inside....sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon...roll up the same way....brush the outside with eggwash, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon....you're gonna be replaced twice Mike...lol....Grump
