I hit Sunset Lake in Benson, Vt. this morning. I was on the water at 6:00 AM. The air temp was 39° and the lake was like a mirror. I got 3 rainbows and a small bass flat-lining a brook trout steamer and a Joe's smelt steamer over 87' of water.
I also got to see an eagle take a bow off the water about the same size as mine. Twas pretty cool!
The wind picked up around 9:00 and the fish went down. Loaded the kayak on the jeep at 9:30. ;D

Wish i was fishing... Had to water flowers.. :P
But will be chilling to good tunes tomorrow night...
