Hello all,

anyone know if the boat harbor is ice free?  was thinking about some night time bullheads this weekend.

Commercial bait dealers are restricted to use the marina to one day a week. The internet is a dangerous tool that will cause more restrictions if things get out of control.

I understand but it’s certainly not illegal to dip net them there for bait.  Unless you’re a bait shop maybe.

I’ve net emeralds there 100’s of times.  Many in the presence of a DEC officer too.

ICE too.  Lol
Those guys are all over.

People are taking five gallon pails of minnows with no water in them. They use the minnows for stir fry. They are sloppy dippers, leaving minnows flopping  on the docks and just walk away.
