Looks great guys!!
Wife and MIL are making Julia Childs Beef Bourguinon. House smells incredible! It’s an all day cook. They started at 10 and won’t be done until 5:30-6:00.
I’ll try and remember to take pics.

Bob,
I can’t think of another person that would enjoy making this dish more than you. My wife and MIL really had a nice day spent in the kitchen making it and the results were incredible. They made a double batch, that’s why there was 2 Dutch ovens.

One tip that they told me to tell you about. Try to find fresh pearl onions. The frozen ones or the jarred ones are not even close to the fresh ones. Pain in the arse to peel, but worth it in the end.

Well, I reviewed the recipe with my Bride and she wasn’t really enthused. Opted to do a pot roast instead. I’ll talk her into it yet.
