Last night was spicy meat loaf, roasted red potatoes on the Weber and spinach fresh from my trough planter.

Meat loaf had shredded habanero cheese in it. I really like that cheese.

Just getting started!! Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Monterary Jack! Applewood pellets. Perfect weather for cold smoking. Going to do some chickens this week too!

Easy-peasy nite. Didn't feel like doing a lot of cooking and wasn't real hungry. "Americanized" tacos, burritos, and chilitos.

It’s a Lowe’s store brand...Style Selections I think. Caught it on after Christmas close out for around $40 I think. Works pretty good for fries and chicken. It’s ok for fish too. Haven’t done much else with it.

That is my backup Weber, use it for winter and grilling messy stuff. Def, same tube. I have the shorter version too. Neighbor up the street put it by the road with a free sign on it. I went down and checked it out and it was near perfect. He went to Natural gas direct. My main Weber is the same Model as yours. I like both equally as well.

Crazy good.
My Son is coming over and we’re gonna fry up some of those sunnies I filled the sink with. Air fry some fries and have fish and chips my way.
