4 large chicken drums been marinating in some Catalina salad dressing and will go on the grill in a bit.

Made a nice ranch dressing and bacon pasta salad.  It has a pouch of that spicy Tai chili tuna in it to add a little zip and protein.

Also going to finish off a pint of sweet cabbage I made and canned 2 yrs back that we open a week or so ago and have 1/2 of the pint left.

The other day I made a double batch of a bacon cheeseburger tator tot casserole to bring out to my friends for after hunting.it was awesome. Two of his kids took some leftovers to school the next day. I love cassettes and his wife likes when  I bring them out

We are having a pre-Thanksgiving cookout tonight. My son and his girlfriend live local and my daughter who lives in SanFrancisco and her boyfriend are here so it will be a nice gathering.
My wife (Donna) is making pork chops, chicken, colliflower, broccoli, smashed potatoes, yams and home made applesauce.

Cant wait
