Tried a marinade recipe I found on Allrecipes.com with a couple strip steaks and a burger for my bride. It was really delicious. Had the meat in it overnight. Not overwhelming in any way. ,
Simply added some flavor and made the steaks very tender. My Bride asked for marinated burgers for supper tonight. I’m happy to oblige. You might want to try this one.



Only thing I added was a good dose of Franks Red Hot.

Don’t re-use the marinade. Bacteria from the meat could make you very sick. They say you can boil it for 5 minutes and use it as a sauce. But, I’m Leary of that!

That’s similar to what I use for my steaks and burgers. The one item I never added was olive oil. You’re spot on that the marinade sure does make beef tender
