Put some squirrels veggies seasonings and little broth pressure cooker for 45 minutes came out good!

Did a big kettle of 15 bean and ham soup yesterday. It was a big hit with the family. My grandson took a bunch home so he could have some for breakfast this morning.

Getting ready to put a flat cut corned beef in the new pressure cooker. I’ll put the potatoes and carrots in at the end. Made some tangy mustard sauce for topping.

Loaf of bread baking now. Froze up a big batch of cauliflower, beans and Brussels sprouts over the last few days. Also canned up 2 batches of applesauce. Made an apple pie yesterday as well.

Crappy weather out there, but the kitchen has been warm, and busy.

Did a half chicken on the Weber yesterday. Wasn’t gonna happen today. Once the fall “put up” is done, it’s into the Little Wood Shop for Christmas projects.

Getting anxious really. Miss that “me time”.

Corned beef was really good.super tender. Veggies came out great too. Definitely a keeper recipe.

Making Jambalaya today with this crappy weather on hand. I was given a recipe years ago and tweaked it to my liking. It's more consistent with a thicker soup to stew and not a paste. Don't care for it being too hot, just enough heat to sweat above the eyebrows. I prefer tasting my food and not washing it down with liquid to stop the burning. Wife doesn't like "spicy" food so it's all mine and some for friends...........

Made a panfish chowder from perch...very good wife really liked it...I'll be making alot to freeze for meals and take out on ice with me
