Fished Martinsdale from the boat this saturday... great day of fishing, catching was another story.  It looks like the fish are really stacked up shallow trying to spawn, the folks on shore were doing real well throwing what looked like power bait or spawn sacks.  Have to wait a couple weeks for the fish to move off shore a ways and try them again trolling around.

I like fishing in a boat when the shore is full of anglers.  Anchor up right outside of the area you want to fish, fish jigs or slip bobbers and throw spinners.  Your outside of the area the shore fisherman are using and still in the zone where the fish are.
