Here's my guess....spring roll wrappers....cooked burger....roll them up with cheese ( and about a hundred other things I can think of).... bake and add dipping sauces.

They look great. I like the Mayochup!

  Yes all the above  but this time they were egg roll wraps , put in anything you want and brush with butter and bake till BROWN...... 8)

How about Burger, Bacon ( bacon is always better) cheese and salsa dip?

Yes I didn't get into what she puts in it but cooked bacon crumbs are awesome.  Along with salsa, Doms zucchini relish,  onions, peppers and what ever you like.
 Never did fish but thats something to think about.. ;D
  Vennison and chicken works great also.. 8)
  And garlic butter for a brush... ;D
