Anyone else find it strange that opening day on most Alberta Lakes this year is May 15th, this coming Tuesday? I know I'm kind of stoked about that as it will keep a few people off the lakes until May Long Weekend, but none the less I'm used to waiting until around the 21st to get out on the open water.
