I've seen two road killed stink bombs in the last few days. Also noticed more hawks than usual. Two days ago, there was a flock of 3-400 robins in my yard and there have been large flocks of starlings. Getting close!

The skunks start coming out when their winter dens start filling with spring melt water.
We might be close to warmer weather.

Funny, we’ve seen a few ants in the house last 3 weeks. Thought it was awfully early for that

I live near Utica - central NY - we've had bluebirds here all winter - groups of 7 or 8.  We have them every year.  Not sure they really migrate - not all of them anyway.

I saw some cardinals there Wednesday in the snow during my visit.
