3lb. hamburger 3 Tbsp.Tender-Quick salt
2Tbsp. liquid smoke 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
1/2tsp. onion salt 1 c. oatmeal
1 c. water
Mix well and form into 2 or 3 rolls,seated in aluminium foil with shining side out. Refrigerate 24 hours, than punch holes at ends and on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Bake on racks and cookie sheet so grease can drain off.
