Clean fish and dry well. Cut into 1-inch pieces and fill pint jars 3/4 full of fish. Add below ingredients to each jar:
1 tsp. salt 3-4 Tbsp. tomato soup
Dash of pepper 1/2 tsp. onion
1 Tbsp.vinegar 1 Tbsp. oil
Seal jars. Process at 10 pounds pressure for 90 minutes. Trout or Walleye can be used.
